THE BASICS
ONE: How Thrive Works
We provide you with a new 21 minute class each day. If you're looking to lose weight, we recommend pairing this with a diet goal too.
To add some structure, we do this in 21 day cycles known as our monthly Thrive 21 challenges.
When a new challenge begins, your job is to do as many classes as you can, and stay on-plan with your diet goal for as many days as you can.

TWO: Starting the Classes
It's most likely you've joined us ready for the start of a challenge, but not to worry if you've joined later on -- you can join in whenever.
Either way it's best to start with Day 1.
You'll find the classes in our Members Area on this website, or on our App.
Go there on your phone and pick the class you want to do. It will open on YouTube, and you can then beam it to a smart TV.
All you do is follow along. Your warm-up is included and it's very rare you will need any equipment.
We don't usually advise trying to do all 21 classes in a challenge if it's your first time. Find a balance that you will stick to. If you finish on 12 out of 21, that's great.
THREE: Your Diet
If you follow SW or likewise, you can simply continue to do what you're doing.
Otherwise if you don't know where to start with dieting, the simplest way to begin is to count calories.
If this sounds scary or difficult, I promise you it isn't.
Once we know how many calories you burn on average each day, we just eat 500 calories less than that. This averages a loss of 1 to 1.5 lbs per week.

FOUR: Community
You can join our WhatsApp community here.
At the beginning of each challenge we also sort everybody in to teams, so that you can join a "Squad Chat"
If you've joined late, you can just pick a team and join it.
Every workout you do contributes towards your teams total, and we make each month a friendly competition.
The squads are really supportive and full of amazing women who are on the same journey as you are.
FIVE: Our App
Our app isn't essential, but many of the ladies who do Thrive Ignite find it useful. Check your email inbox and there should be an invite to get set up.
It's great for keeping everything in one place. Such as..
- You can connect My Fitness Pal to it if you're tracking calories
- You can upload progress photos
- You can connect some smart watches to track other stats
- You can keep track of your weight and progress
- All of the workouts are there
So it's up to you if that would all be helpful in your journey! We can also set it up so that you have your own personal goals on your account. Speak to us about setting this up.
SIX: Final Things..
There's a lot to take in at first, but the reality is that you can just get started with the classes and pick it all up as you go along.
We just want to provide you with the best possible chance of hitting your weight loss targets. We've managed to help more women than I can count!
