GENERAL SUMMARY

  • To cancel your account with us we require 48 hours notice.

  • The only way to cancel your account is by going to www.thrive-ignite.com/cancel and filling out that form.

  • If you contact us before our 48 hour notice period and we fail to cancel your account, you are entitled to a full refund. If you are outside the 48 hour notice period, no refunds will be given.

  • We are not responsible for any injuries sustained in the use of our products / services. 

  • Consult a medical professional before using any of our products / services if you have any doubts at all as to whether you are fit enough to use our products / services - including if you are pregnant. 

  • We do not offer refunds for any reason other than our own errors (see above). 

  • By using Thrive Ignite, you confirm that you agree to our Terms and Conditions set out in this page.
