HOW THIS WORKS
1. Go through the workouts below at your own pace.
2. Each workout is 21 minutes long and can be done whenever it suits you!
3. For the best experience, open the workouts on your phone, and 'cast' them to a smart TV. If you're unsure how to do this, please watch this instructional video here.
4. You don't need any equipment and your warm-up is included, although if you're feeling super stiff, it might be helpful to do some light movements before your workout begins.
