What Is Disco Fit?
Think going to a rave, but with a few more squats and less of a hangover.
It's a continuous 45 minute routine done to music - kind of like Zumba but easier to follow along with.
We start off slowly with a warm-up before building in to a high energy fun routine, with loud music and club lights to create a party like energy. Each class has a different theme (e.g. 80's, clubland, rock..) always to well known music that you will love.
Everybody is welcome no matter what your fitness level is - we even demonstrate ways that you can lower the impact / intensity of certain moves that are a bit harder. Beginners very welcome!
This is a very friendly, welcoming and inclusive environment. Whether you want to rave at the front of the class or take it a bit easier at the back! Do this your way - zero rhythm required!
We've run 2000+ of these classes online and helped thousands of people to fall in love with fitness.
We do this by keeping the pressure off. Don't try to get any of this perfect, just do your best, enjoy moving, and if all else fails, freestyle.
Hope to see you at a class soon!
