HOW THRIVE WORKS

  • Thrive is a group for women on a weight loss or fitness journey
     

  • Each month we bring out a new 21 day weight loss challenge for our members.
     

  • There's a brand new class each day that can be done any time, and lasts just 21 minutes.
     

  • The classes are without a doubt, the best you will find on the internet. They're informal, good fun, require no equipment or experience, and can be done by any fitness level.
     

  • If you're looking to lose weight, we also set you up with a dietary target.
     

  • Your job is to do the class each day, and stick to your diet target. You won't get it perfect, but you don't need to in order to get results.

Once you sign up, you'll be invited to join our WhatsApp community.

You get to join your own 'Squad' of ladies. This is a smaller group chat that you can use for support

 

Everything comes together to create a structure that has been proven to work for so many women, time and time again.

Hi,

My name is Mark.

I created Thrive Ignite with my partner, Emily, in 2021. 

It quickly became popular and we had to figure out what the hell we were doing that

people loved so much.

It turns out it was being ourselves. We're not formal or super serious. We took the 

pressure off naturally and made it fun.

Emily operates behind the scenes a bit more now, so you're stuck with me. But since those

early days, we have created over 1000 classes, and helped thousands of women.

So what I'm trying to say is .. it must have just been me that everybody liked. 

Hopefully we'll see your sign up come through soon so that we can be a part of your

health and fitness journey.

HOW THRIVE WORKS

1.

We bring out a new fitness class every day for 21 days. Log on, beam the class to your TV, and follow along for as many days of 21 as you can. We're looking for progress, not perfection.

2.

You also have the option of personalised calories. We have  daily diet accountability system where you can check in each day to let us know if you stuck to your calories or not.

3.

At the end of 21 days, we release a check-in for you to do. Here we look at how things went, where we can improve, and whether you need an adjustment to your calories, etc. 

4.

We run a throwback week, where the daily classes are older ones from our vault. Everything remains the same, but it's a chance for you to re-energise and avoid burn-out.
