WORKOUTS
1 to 10

A latin influenced continuous full body routine to music to kick things off! Shakira, Pitbull, Nelly Furtado.

Another continuous routine, this time to Dance Music and focusing on your upperbody. Cascada, Avicii, Clubland

A HIIT where you choose your "level" - easy, medium, or hard! Bonnie Tyler, Bryan Adams, MJ and other 80's bangers.

90's and 00's pop songs to step to! Very chilled workout, around 2,500 steps to Beyonce, S Club 7, and Akon to name a few.

High intensity full body routine to music from the musicals! Six, The Greatest Showman, Hairspray.

An upperbody focused routine to Clubland music! Scooter, Cascada, Darren Styles.

A HIIT where you can choose your "level" - easy, medium or hard! With a Vegas inspired Gamble twist to spice things up.

A full body continuous routine to 80's & 90's music! Flashdance, Queen, Sandstorm.

A chilled out steps class to modern country tunes! Dasha, Taylor Swift, Shaboozey.

A circuit focused on working your legs, bums and tums to indie music. Arctic Monkeys, Kings of Leon, The Killers.

WORKOUTS
These are not your ordinary YouTube workouts.. these are the most fun classes on the internet.
ANY ABILITY
Our classes are done in a way so that anybody, even absolute beginners, can join in. For any moves that are tricky or higher impact, you'll see an "easier" modification pop up to follow along with.
21 MINUTES
All you have to do is find 21 minutes. This definitely beats having to gear yourself up for a 45 minute or hour long class!
no equipment
You just turn the class on and follow along. We want to make sure there are zero barriers to you taking part each day.
MUSIC & THEMES
All of our classes are done to music and every week we do has a different theme,. We do it this way to keep things interesting and spicy, so that you'll keep ticking off classes!

The classes you get as part of this programme comprise a complete programme.
Nothing is left out. We build your cardio, tone your bum/legs/abs/upperbody & stomach, build your strength, and burn fat.
The workouts are designed in a way so that absolutely anybody can join in - so don't worry if you are new to exercise. We believe exercise should be low pressure and always fun.
