FAQ
Q: What happens when I register for the Free Challenge?
A: Straight away you get access to our private WhatsApp group where we will be sharing the workouts. The first one drops on May 11th!
Q: What equipment do I need?
A: None!
Q: Is this beginner friendly?
A: Yes! We have ladies of all ages shapes and sizes joining in our challenges. All workouts include easier "modifications" that you can stick to if you prefer.
Q: Do I have to join the WhatsApp?
A: Yes as that's where we pop the workouts. You don't have to be social at all if you'd prefer to go it alone - that's absolutely fine. That said, this works much better as a group, for you and everyone else!
Q: How do I carry on after the free 5 day challenge?
A: You can register for a membership on our signup page. Pick any plan that works for you and you'll have access to our challenges for as long as that membership lasts.
