All of our classes are..
ANY ABILITY
Our classes are done in a way so that anybody, even absolute beginners, can join in. For any moves that are tricky or higher impact, you'll see an "easier" modification pop up to follow along with.
21 MINUTES
All you have to do is find 21 minutes. This definitely beats having to gear yourself up for a 45 minute or hour long class!
no equipment
You just turn the class on and follow along. We want to make sure there are zero barriers to you taking part each day.
MUSIC & THEMES
All of our classes are done to music and every week we do has a different theme,. We do it this way to keep things interesting and spicy, so that you'll keep ticking off classes!
We won't be doing this again any time soon, so don't miss out.









We structure the classes in a way to keep things interesting. Every month is a new, 21 workout challenge, comprised of all different classes that together are a complete fitness programme.
Nothing is left out. We build your cardio, tone your bum/legs/abs/upperbody & stomach, build your strength, and burn fat.

THE TEAMS
For the challenge, you're automatically sorted in to a team. If your team does the most workouts, you can win a prize!
We'll put you in a team at random. Please note that you don't have to join the team chat or be social if you'd prefer to just go it alone!

RULES
Here's how this is going to be decided in a bit more detail, and to make sure there's no ambiguity!
The team with the most points enters a prize draw (more info to come)
To be included, you must do all five workouts.
The cutoff to complete the workouts will be Sunday, midnight.
To log your workout, you have to go to the @thriveignite Instagram page and leave us a comment. There's a different image for each day. If you did Day 1, comment under Day 1's class, etc.
There's no other way of logging your workout.
How do we know you're actually doing the workouts? If your team wins, we may contact you with some basic questions just to make sure you actually did the workouts.
We will announce the winners on Sunday, January 11th.
We'll contact the winners privately to arrange delivery of any prizes.
Mark will have the final say if any ambiguous situations arise! (e.g. somebody has been sorted in to two teams, or not sorted at all, or if there's just anything unforeseen).
By taking part in this challenge and doing these workouts, you agree to these rules!
I reserve the right to kick anybody out of the challenge for their behaviour towards me or the rest of our participants.
In the event of a tie, the prize will be split between however many teams are tied for the win.
If someone joins late, they can still take part but they won’t be eligible to win the prize unless they catch up on all missed workouts before the deadline.
Forgot to comment on the right post? Unfortunately, we can’t backdate points. Commenting under the correct day's post is the only way to earn a point.

These rules may be adjusted.
You can absolutely get others involved, but each person must sign up separately and join the challenge via the proper steps. No ‘ghost’ players getting points without being on the list.
